Trendwood Ltd., operating as Trendwood Reload, is a family-owned and operated business in the lumber industry since 1973. The private company is based in Edmonton, AB. In 1998, the company transitioned to a full reload facility, offering reload, storage, and trucking services to western Canadian mills and wholesalers. The facility, situated on 13 acres in northeast Edmonton, features a 90% paved yard, 82,000 square feet of covered storage across five warehouses, multiple loading docks for car and van loads, and a Canadian Pacific rail-served spur with three tracks capable of handling up to 18 railcars daily. Trendwood specializes in loading and unloading various railcar types, including boxcars, flatcars, and centrebeam cars, and handles products such as OSB, plywood, lumber, drywall, and particle board. Trucking services include inbound and outbound loads, flatdeck, and van loads, with unloading on a first-come, first-served basis and loading by appointment.
