Xiao Rong Du

Xiao Rong Du is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director at China Pearl Spring Garden Holdings Ltd. She is also a Member of The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
In addition, she holds the position of Professor at Hohai University and is the Head of the Accounting Department at the Business School of Hohai University.
Dr. Du is also a Member of the Supervisory Board at Jiangsu Shuyang Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. Previously, Dr. Du served as an Independent Director at Nanjing Putian Telecommunications Co., Ltd. She was also the Head of the Finance Department at Hohai University from 2002 to 2003.
Dr. Du completed her undergraduate degree at Shanghai University of Finance & Economics in 1989.
She then pursued her graduate studies at Hohai University, earning a degree in 1998.
In 2007, she obtained her doctorate degree from Hohai University.
