Mr. Ryan S.
Cascade is a Partner & Head of Ares Commercial Finance at Ares Management LLC.
He serves as a member of the Investment Committee.
Previously, he was employed by Ivy Hill Asset Management as a Managing Director and Co-President beginning in July 2010.
Prior to joining Ares in 2006, Mr. Cascade was a Vice President in Risk and Originations at GE Global Sponsor Finance, where he focused on originating and structuring middle market private equity and leveraged finance transactions.
In addition, Mr. Cascade was a Senior Accountant at Coopers & Lybrand LLP.
Mr. Cascade holds a B.A., summa cum laude, from Michigan State University in Accounting and Finance and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
