Robert E. Spielman

Since 1982, Mr. Spielman, individually and through his affiliates, have acquired and operated approximately fifty (50) apartment complexes and several office buildings located in Florida, Illinois, Texas, Kansas, Missouri and Connecticut.
Mr. Spielman co-owned CRES Management, based in Kansas City, Missouri from 1996-2006.
Mr. Spielman has owned EqutiyLine Financial Group, Inc. a wholly owned investment company, since 1983.
From 1984-1995, Mr. Spielman, EquityLine and its affiliates raised approximately $100 million for various affiliated projects through private placement offerings.
EquityLine Financial is a licensed mortgage brokerage company and a registered real estate brokerage firm in the State of Florida and Mr. Spielman, since 1984, has been the licensed Principal for both.
Mr. Spielman is also a member of Prime Equity Lenders, LLC, a mortgage lender licensed in the State of Florida.
Mr. Spielman was a registered series 24 Principal with the Securities and Exchange Commission for twenty years through his affiliate, EquityLine Securities, Inc. Prior to forming EquityLine, Mr. Spielman and Pioneer Western Corporation co-founded Pioneer Western Properties Corporation and Pioneer Western Service Corporation.
Mr. Spielman served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of both companies.
From 1978 through 1981, Mr. Spielman was the Executive Vice President of a division of the Summit Organization.
During that tenure, Mr. Spielman was extremely active in the International Association of Financial Planners (IAFP) and acted as both President and Chairman of its Miami Chapter.
Mr. Spielman obtained his B.S.
in Psychology from Long Island University in 1967.
