Philip L.
Conover has been Chairman of Unified Financial Services, Inc. since 1996.
Prior to joining Unified Financial Services, he was an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the University of South Florida from 1994 to 1996 and Managing Director of the Federal Housing Finance Board from 1990 to 1994.
Previously, Mr. Conover was President and Chief Executive Officer of Trustcorp Bank of Indianapolis, Vice President and Manager of the Capital Markets Division for Bank One Indianapolis NA, and a Director of Bank One Securities, Inc. from 1972 to 1990.
