Mary Beth Bauer

Mary Beth Bauer is Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of Talent2 International Ltd. She joined Talent2 in November 2001 and served as Chairman from 2002 to 2006.
Ms. Bauer is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a Member of the Nominations, Audit and Risk Committees for Talent2.
She is a Founder and Managing Director of Value Enhancement Management Pty Ltd. Previously, Ms. Bauer held senior executive investor relations positions with Coles Myer and Mayne Nickless.
She received a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of California.
Ms. Bauer is Australian Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (US) and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
