Larry Dalesandro

LARRY DALESANDRO was elected as Chief Financial Officer of the Company in June 2003, and Treasurer in December 2003.
Prior to this, he served as the Company's Chief Operating Officer from November 1999 to June 2003.
He joined the Company in January 1999 to manage the Company's financial operations.
Previously, he was the Controller and Director of Financial Reporting of Criterion Communications, Inc., a technology and new media services firm, Controller of Crown Contractors, Inc., a contract construction company, and Senior Auditor of Grant Thornton LLP, an international professional services firm.
Mr. Dalesandro graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Accountancy from Villanova University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
