Kerry Hill

Kerry spent the first few years of her life in the United States and moved to the UK at the age of three where she has lived ever since.
Prior to joining Pims, Kerry worked for 14 years within the copying industry, including the position of Group HR Manager at Konica (now Konica-Minolta) where she was in charge of the day to day HR management for the UK operation as well as being instrumental in the design and delivery of team building, management, leadership and succession training programmes for staff.
With an MCIPD in Human Resources and various management, counselling and people development qualifications, Kerry joined Pims in November 2003 as HR Manager and was promoted to Group Human Resources Director in January 2005.
