John Greene

Mr. John W.
Greene, Jr., is a Senior Managing Director of Opportunistic Credit at Man Investment Partners (US) LP, a Portfolio Manager at Bardin Hill Credit Management LP, a Portfolio Manager at Bardin Hill Long Duration Recoveries Management LP and a Portfolio Manager at Halcyon Long Duration Recoveries Management LP.
He is on the Board of Directors at Philadelphia Energy Solutions LLC, Franklin & Marshall College and Maryland Science Center.
He is responsible for managing the firm’s opportunistic credit strategy.
Mr. Greene served as served as a portfolio manager of the firm’s opportunistic credit and event-driven strategies.
In 2002, he joined Halcyon Asset Management, working closely alongside Jason Dillow for more than two decades.
Prior to this, he was a Distressed Analyst for J.P.
Morgan Chase, where he published research on distressed and high yield securities, made proprietary trading recommendations, and worked with J.P.
Morgan Chase’s London-based European high yield research team.
He holds a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College.
