TGAL’s investment philosophy and approach are based on three tenets: value, patience and bottom-up selection. By combining time-proven fundamental analysis with original research, the investment team searches for companies that meet their criteria of quality and valuation. Portfolio managers continually review portfolios to assess sector and industry risk exposure in response to changing market conditions. Stocks are sold if the current security price exceeds the analyst’s estimation of full value; if significantly greater value exists in another similar security; or if a fundamental change occurs at a company to alter the analyst’s forecasts.
