Ed Frost

Mr. Ed Frost is a Principal at Stephens Capital Management.
He is a Senior Vice President of Stephens Inc. and Compliance and Technical Director of Stephens Retirement Services, a division of Stephens Inc. in Little Rock, AR.
In this capacity, Mr. Frost is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for Stephens Retirement Services as well as new business development, product research and ERISA compliance for Stephens Retirement Services’ accounts.
Prior to joining Stephens Inc. in October 1999, Mr. Frost provided consulting and administration services to retirement plan sponsors.
Mr. Frost graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1977.
Since that time, he has specialized in pension design and consulting.
In 1983, Mr. Frost was awarded the Certified Pension Consultant designation by the American Society of Pension Professionals Actuaries.
The continuing education requirements of ASPPA are met through participation in various local, regional and national conferences.
A FINRA Registered Representative (Series 7 & 63), and a Registered Investment Advisor Representative (Series 65), Mr. Frost also is licensed through the Arkansas State Insurance Department.
He also is a General Securities Sales Supervisor (Series 9 & 10).
