Mr. Millican was previously employed as a Chief Financial Officer & Vice President by Kaiser-Francis Oil Co., a Partner by Ernst & Young LLP, and a Chairman-Trustee Board by Oklahoma Christian University.
He also served on the board at Crossover Community Impact, Inc., Neighbor For Neighbor, Oklahoma Policy Institute, Tulsa Educare and Tulsa Neighborhood Networks, Inc. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas.
