Adam Markman

Adam Scott Markman is currently the President & Chief Executive Officer at J.
Jeffers & Co. LLC since 2022.
He is also a member of the Board of Directors at Mark IV Capital, Inc. since 2011.
Additionally, he is a member of The Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Inc. Previously, Mr. Markman served as the Non-Executive Chairman at Modiv Industrial, Inc. from 2019 to 2024.
He was also the Director & Managing Director at Green Street Advisors LLC from 1994 to 2014.
Furthermore, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer & Executive VP at Equity Commonwealth from 2014 to 2021.
Mr. Markman holds an MBA from The Trustees of Columbia University in The City of New York, which he obtained in 1991.
He also completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley in 1986.
