Tex Sekhon

In 1995, Mr. Sekhon founded and served as President of The Markpoint Company.
During this time, he helped complete seven direct acquisitions and the sale of these holdings in 1999 to an SBIC.
In 2000, he sold his ownership in the turnaround practice and co-founded Markpoint Venture Partners.
He began his investment career as a NASD licensed securities representative specializing in private placement offerings before becoming the Vice President of Marketing for a private investment firm in 1993.
He is a charter member of the Dallas-Fort Worth chapter of The Indus Entrepreneur.
Mr. Sekhon received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas in 1989.
