Burke is a Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder at Beacon Street Capital LLC.

He started Beacon Street Research in 1992, to apply this accounting based algorithm to investment portfolios and private research to institutional investors such as Lehman Brothers and Credit Swiss-First Boston.
In 2001 he teamed up with Herron Weems to form Beacon Street Capital, LLC.
After working 15 years with private and public companies as a financial consultant with DataBase Research Corporation, he developed a quantitative buy/sell indicator based on key balance sheet items found to have predictive qualities related to a company's future earnings.
Mr. Burke received a B.S.B.A. degree in 1970 from the University of Florida with a double major in Finance and Business Administration.
