Stephen Henson

Stephen Henson is Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Get Smart USA, Inc. He is a Founding Partner of Henson & Co. and a Director of the E-Central Credit Union.
Previously, Mr. Henson worked at Arthur Young & Co. He was Chief Financial Officer of Children's Cable Network.
Mr. Henson has over 25 years of finance experience including five years supervising audits of large, medium and small publicly traded and privately held companies.
He received a BS degree in Accounting from the University of South California.
