Shannon Delany

Prior to joining Pine Creek Partners, Ms. Delany was most recently with CapitalSource Finance LLC as an Associate in the Healthcare and Specialty Finance Group where she originated, analyzed, underwrote and structured senior secured and unsecured debt financings, mezzanine capital and equity co-invests within the specialty finance industry.
While with CapitalSource, Ms. Delany executed the purchase and origination of approximately $400 million in debt and focused on specific asset classes within the specialty finance sector including automotive finance, elective healthcare finance, security finance and consumer debt.
Prior to joining CapitalSource in 2003, she worked at Fannie Mae in the Portfolio Management group and as a Business Development Analyst and Corporate Sales Representative at local software company Microstrategy where she focused on internet, entertainment and telecommunications companies.
Ms. Delany began her career with Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting Group where she worked as a Senior Consultant.
She earned an MBA from Georgetown's McDonough School of Business and graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond where she received a B.A. in Economics and International Studies with a minor in Journalism and French.
