Rebecca J.
Simmons is currently the Director of the Back to Business Law Program at the American Bar Association and the Director at the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce.
She is also a Partner at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and the Chair of the Business Law Section at the New York State Bar Association.
Additionally, she is a Member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Ms. Simmons has a graduate degree from The Trustees of Columbia University in The City of New York, which she received in 1991.
She also holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard University, which she obtained in 1984.
