Harkins is Co-Founder & Managing Principal at Spinnaker Partners LLC.
In addition founding the firm in 2004, Dr. Harkins serves as Chairman and CEO of Linkage, Inc., which he founded 17 years ago.
Linkage has been twice recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the 500 fastest growing private companies in the United States.
As CEO of Linkage, with offices throughout the United States and Europe, he has provided advice and counsel to some of North America’s largest real estate companies.
He has trained, developed and coached many of the leaders of the world’s largest real estate and building companies, including K.
Hovnanian, Prudential, Coldwell Banker and Re/Max.
Prior to founding Linkage, he served in senior management positions at Raytheon & Keane, Inc. where he remains on the NYSE listed company’s Board of Directors.
Dr. Harkins has been a leading author in the field of management consulting; publishing two books while editing three, in addition to publishing over 30 papers and articles.
He has been a guest speaker and facilitator at national real estate conferences, and the National Association of Realtors.
He has been actively investing in residential real estate from several years.
Dr. Harkins holds several advanced degrees including a doctorate from Harvard University.
