Felder was the founder of Nanologix, Inc. (founded in 1989) where he held the title of Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer from 1989 to 2007.
He was also the founder of Premier Biomedical, Inc. (founded in 2010) where he served as Chairman from 2010 to 2020.
Currently, Dr. Felder is the Chief Technical Officer at Halberd Corp.
since 2021.
In his former positions, he worked as a Director at Nutra Pharma Corp.
and as the Chief-Neurology Department at Sharon Regional Health System, Inc. from 1989 to 2001.
He also held the position of Assistant Professor at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and Chief-Neurology Department at William Beaumont Army Medical Center.
Dr. Felder completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania in 1975 and earned his doctorate degree from Sapienza University of Rome in 1983.
