Michael P. Morris

Mr. Morris has extensive experience in principal investing, investment banking and corporate finance.
During his professional career, he has invested across the private equity spectrum, including early stage venture capital, growth equity and in later-stage buyout transactions, encompassing a broad range of industries.
Prior to joining Peninsula Capital Partners, Mr. Morris was a Director at Roynat Capital where his responsibilities included the origination, structuring, execution and portfolio management of junior capital investments in lower middle-market companies.
Before that, he was a Vice President at GE Equity.
He started his career at Chase Securities (nka JPMorgan Chase) where he served in several different M&A and corporate finance roles.
Mr. Morris holds a BS in Finance from Syracuse University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
His interests include traveling, golfing and other fitness activities.
