Michael Chan

Mr. Michael Chan is Head of Asian Distribution at Piper Jaffray Asia Securities Ltd. Mr. Chan has more than 15 years of experience in equity distribution and research, including extensive equity sales and research experience in China/Hong Kong equities and China QDII program development.
Prior to joining Piper Jaffray in 2010, Mr. Chan was an executive director of UOB Kay Hian.
Before that, he was an executive director of equities at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on China/Hong Kong equities and QDII program development.
Mr. Chan holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
