Matt Kelly

Matt Kelly joined VMLLC in 2012 as Vice President.
Matt is active in the angel and venture capital communities.
In addition to his role at Venture Management, Matt is a co-manager of Wisconsin Investment Partners–the most active and largest Wisconsin-based angel group.
He also mentors gener8tor companies, and has served as a judge for the Governor’s Business Plan competition.
Matt currently serves as a board member for Immuto Scientific, Inc. and as a co-board observer for Madison Vaccines Inc..
Matt brings experience as a major project finance attorney at Milbank, LLP, one of the world’s leading law firms.
He graduated cum laude from American University, Washington College of Law, where he served as Senior Note & Comment Editor on the Social Policy law journal.
In addition to his law degree, Matt has a B.S.
in Biochemistry and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Matt is an inactive member of the Wisconsin bar.
