Louise Ménard

Louise Ménard was the founder of TOPRING Ltd. in 1979, where she served as the Chairman.
She is also the founder of the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation.
Currently, Ms. Ménard holds the position of Director at Foundation On Tiptoe, Member at Québec Bar Association, and President at Groupe Mefor, Inc. since 1997.
In her former positions, she served as Chairman at Alena Capital, Inc. in 2002, Independent Non-Executive Director at Liminal BioSciences, Inc. from 2009 to 2019, Director at Arianne Phosphate, Inc. from 1999 to 2001, Director at Montreal Heart Institute Foundation in 2006, Director at Société des Alcools du Québec from 2007 to 2016, Director at Assuris, Inc. in 2007, Director at Nomad Logic, Inc. in 2002, and Director at On The Tip of The Toes Foundation from 2001 to 2011.

In terms of education, Ms. Ménard graduated from the University of Montréal in 1973 and received an undergraduate degree from Université Laval in 2009.
