TMAM believes that pricing in equities markets is inefficient, and through proprietary research and analysis, they aim to understand the fundamentals, predict securities price trends and earn profits. They invest in Japanese and Asian equities as well as Japanese fixed-income. They select stocks based on bottom-up research including evaluations of business models, competitive strengths, intrinsic values, changes in fundamentals and mid-term earnings forecasts.
