Klaus Pekarek

Klaus Pekarek is currently the Deputy Chairman-Supervisory Board at Valida Holding AG and a Member-Management Board at UNIQA Österreich Versicherungen AG.
Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Raiffeisen Versicherung AG from 2016 to 2019.
He also held positions as a Director-Supervisory Board at Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich AG and as the Managing Director at Raiffeisenlandesbank Kärnten from 1988 to 2008.
Additionally, he was the Head-Customer & Market Austria at UNIQA Insurance Group AG.
Dr. Pekarek graduated from the University of Graz in 1980.
