Kenneth S.
Moczulski, has been President of Investments and Chief Investment Officer of the Company and the General Partner since November 2000.
Prior to joining the Company, he served as President and founder of Transworld Properties, Inc., a subsidiary of a privately held international oil company, beginning in January 1992.
While at Transworld Properties, Inc., Mr. Moczulski was responsible for the formation and implementation of real estate investment strategy, as well as management of on-going real estate development, asset management, and dispositions.
Prior to founding Transworld Properties, Inc., Mr. Moczulski served as Vice President of Jaymont Properties in New York from April 1987 to December 1991, where he was responsible, on a national basis, for all acquisition and disposition activities.
From February 1979 to March 1987, Mr. Moczulski served as Development Manager for a number of commercial developments for Gerald D.
Hines Interests.
Mr. Moczulski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Graduate School of Business.
