John Lau

Shek Yau Lau founded Sakoma (HK) Ltd. in 1990, Mid Stream Holdings HK Ltd. in 1995, where he worked as Managing Director from 1995 to 1997, eCargo Holdings Ltd. in 2014, where he is working as Executive Chairman from 2020, and various other companies.
Mr. Lau also founded Xin Hai Hua Enterprises Ltd., where he is working as Managing Director, CS Logistics Holdings Ltd., where he is working as Group Managing Director, and JL Enterprises Holdings Ltd., where he is working as Chairman.
Mr. Lau also currently works at CN Logistics International Holdings Ltd., as Chairman from 2023, EV Cargo Global Forwarding Ltd., as Director from 2010, Cargo Services Airfreight Ltd., as Director from 1991, and various other companies.
Mr. Lau also formerly worked at Nanjing Sample Technology Co., Ltd., as Independent Non-Executive Director from 2003 to 2011, Golden Eagle Retail Group Ltd., as Independent Non-Executive Director from 2006 to 2011, Gold Earn (Hong Kong) Ltd., as Director, and various other companies.
Mr. Lau received his undergraduate degree in 1971 from The University of Hong Kong.
