Bernhardt

Dr. Bernhardt founded the National Public Health Student Caucus of the American Public Health Association.
He received a degree in Sociology and Computer Science from Rutgers University, an MPH degree from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey, and a PhD from the University of North Carolina.
