Iris I. Alameddine

Iris is a Vice President at Raine.
Iris focuses on growth investment and advisory assignments with companies across the creative industry, sports, gaming, and consumer sectors.
While at Raine, Iris has worked on a variety of transactions including Raine’s investment in the digital kids’ content company Moonbug, the $95mm+ capital raise of femtech company Elvie, and multiple European sports transactions.
Iris also helped launch Raine’s Paris office in 2021 with Bernard Mourad.
Prior to joining Raine, Iris was in investment banking at Barclays, where she primarily worked on media and telecommunications transactions, including Sky’s £31bn sale to Comcast, the €9bn acquisition of Danish telecom company TDC by a Macquarie-led consortium, and the aborted merger of The Stars Group (Pokerstars) and William Hill.
Prior to Barclays, Iris worked with various media companies in France, including Vivendi, Rocket Internet, Dentsu Aegis Network, and Solocal Group.
Iris graduated from ESCP Europe in 2015.
She received a Master in Management, with a focus on Corporate Strategy and Media Firms Management.
