Heidi Spirgi

Heidi Spirgi was the founder of Knowledge Infusion, Inc. (founded in 2005) where she held the title of President from 2005 to 2012.
She is currently the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc. since 2019 and an Executive Advisor at Tercera LLC since 2021.
Previously, she worked at PeopleSoft, Inc. as a Principal.
From 2012 to 2014, she was the Senior Vice President-Human Capital Management at Appirio, Inc. She also worked as an HRMS Business Analyst at Swiss Bank Corp.
(New York) and Seagate Technology, Inc. From 2015 to 2017, she served as the Senior Vice President-Product & Services at The Marcus Buckingham Co., Inc. Ms. Spirgi was a Board Member at Ubeya Technologies Ltd. from 2019 to 2022.
She holds a graduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
