Gottfred Langseth is currently the Chairman of PGS Geophysical AS, Director of Petroleum Geo-Services (UK) Ltd., Director of Multiklient Invest AS, Director of PGS Exploration (UK) Ltd., Director of PGS Geophysical (Angola) Ltd., Director of Petroleum Geo-Services AS, and the former Independent Director of Geokinetics, Inc. He was also the Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President of PGS ASA from 2003 to 2004.
Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President-Finance & Control of Aker Maritime ASA from 1997 to 2000 and the Chief Financial Officer of Ementor ASA from 2000 to 2003.
He also served as a Director of Mesta AS and PGS Reservoir Ltd. Langseth holds an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics & Business Administration.
