Mr. R.
Gavin Worthy is a Client Portfolio Manager at Cushing Asset Management LP.
He currently serves as a client portfolio manager, where he consults with financial advisers, capital allocators, consultants, and investment committees regarding the firm’s investment strategies, security selection, investment process, portfolio construction, and the broader energy markets.
Mr. Worthy began his career in commercial finance and investments in 1999.
Prior to joining Cushing Asset Management in 2010, he spent most of his career in financial services with nine of those years focused on investment analysis, due diligence, and serving on the firm’s credit & investment committees.
He earned his BBA in Finance with an accounting concentration from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and his MBA in Finance with a specialization in alternative assets & financial consulting from The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
