Mr. Shockley joined Lake Capital in 2007 from PricewaterhouseCoopers.
At Pricewaterhouse, he was part of their transaction services team where he did a lot of work centered around buy-side due diligence.
Prior to joining the transaction services team at Pricewaterhouse, He worked at Pulte Homes as the controller of their Ohio division.
He began his career at PricwaterhouseCoopers in their audit group specializing in the middle market.
He graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in accounting and is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Michigan.
