Through the NEM Imprese fund, the firm seeks to invest EUR 1-5 million in small and medium-sized companies across sectors with stable and proven profitability, interesting growth perspectives and skilled, open-minded management. NEM only takes minority stakes in their investee companies, investing in a range of transactions including expansion capital, replacement capital, LBOs, MBOs and MBIs. Through the NUOVE INFRASTRUTTURE Fund, NEM seeks to invest EUR 3-5 million in unlisted infrastructure companies, taking minority and majority stakes. NEM aims to hold an investment for three to five years.

Riello Investimenti Partners is an active manager which invests in Italian small and medium sized companies. The firm follows a multi sector approach, concentrating on chemical products, fashion, food and beverages, health care, industrial products and transportation. Riello Investimenti Partners invests as a majority shareholder in buyouts transactions and as a minority in growth capital and replacement capital investments. It also provides private debt which focuses on senior debt instruments issued by companies which aim to finance specific business needs. The firm usually invests between EUR 2 to EUR 15 million.
