Prior to joining Kotak Life, Mr. Fernandes headed the process and audit control functions at Kotak Mahindra Finance Ltd. He started his career at Coopers and Lybrand, which was among the global leaders in audit and assurance at its time.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost and Works Accountant.
