Shaw, CFA MBA, is a Senior Managing Director & Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada and a Portfolio Manager & Head of Private Fixed Income at Sun Life Capital Management (Canada), Inc. She is responsible for leading strategic initiatives for our institutional market segments and asset classes.
She also focuses on fostering and embedding a culture of diversity and inclusion within the organization and in the asset management industry, and on elevating our efforts related to sustainable investment practices and processes.
Ms. Shaw holds a BA in Mathematics and an Honours BSc in Chemistry from Queen’s University.
She obtained her MBA in Finance from Queen’s University in 1987.
