The firm targets companies operating in the fields of aerospace, motion & flow control, power, automation, safety & components and infrastructure sectors. It provides financing for MBOs, corporate carve-outs, add-on acquisitions and recapitalization transactions with an investment size of USD 25 - 100 million. The firm acquires controlling interests and also makes minority investments.
