Alexa Lyons

Alexa joined Spark Capital in 2014.
As CFO, she supports the firm’s oversight of fund financial operations, limited partner communications, and management of Spark’s internal operations.
Before joining Spark, Alexa was the Finance Manager for Bain Capital’s General Partners Group, and prior to that, she provided audit and assurance services to public companies at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Alexa is on the Board of the New England Venture Network, which is a community-building and inclusive organization of over 600 venture capitalists in Boston and greater New England.
Alexa holds a B.S.
in Accounting from Syracuse University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
