Alan L. Assaf

Mr. Assaf is responsible for monitoring the performance, physical condition, and contractual rights and obligations of RockBridge’s investment portfolio.
Mr. Assaf’s primary function is to assess risk, ensure the security of the collateral, and enhance the value of these assets through performance analysis, property inspections, renovation and capital expenditure monitoring, and communicating with RockBridge’s operating partners.
Mr. Assaf’s experience includes 20 years in hotel operations.
Prior to joining RockBridge he held the position of Vice President of Operations with Indus Companies, an Ohio-based Real Estate Development and Hotel Management firm where he oversaw the firm’s hotel portfolio.
His previous hotel management experience includes general management with Hilton Brands, and eight years with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts where he held various management positions throughout the United States.
Mr. Assaf received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from The Ohio State University.
