William J.
Strickland is a Partner of McGuireWoods LLP.
He is a Member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Virginia Bond Club, the Virginia Government Finance Officers Association, the Tax Exempt Finance Committee of the Section of Taxation of the American Bar Association and the Virginia Local Government Attorneys Association.
He received a JD in 1969 and a BS in 1964 from the University of Richmond.
