Tom McCarthy

Prior to joining Republic Financial, Mr. McCarthy served as vice president for U.S.
Bank's National Corporate Banking division.There he managed a diverse portfolio of larger middle market and large corporate clients.
His responsibilities included developing new business and managing the portfolio for borrowing and treasury customers.
Prior to U.S.
Bank, Mr. McCarthy was a principal and managing member of DCC1, LLC where he purchased, restructured and sold a commercial business.
Mr. McCarthy began his career with Fleet Financial Corporation followed by Wells Fargo Bank as a commercial banking officer.
From 1997 to 1998 he was senior associate with SV Capital/Cooley & Co. Investment Banking where he analyzed, structured, executed and monitored investment for a private equity investment fund.
A graduate a Fordham University in business administration, Mr. McCarthy received his MBA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
