Prior to joining HFH in 2001, Mr. McHugh was on the municipal bond trading desk at Morgan Stanley.
From 1999 to 2001 he served as a Portfolio Analyst for Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management where he analyzed performance and risk exposure of clients.
He received a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Lycomnig College.
