Ted G.
Wood held several positions in different companies throughout his career.
He started as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at GSK Plc in 1975 and later became the President of Beecham Laboratories.
He also served as the President of Boehringer Mannheim Pharmaceuticals Corp.
and as the President & CEO of AMAG Pharma USA, Inc. In addition, he was the President of United Group Operating Cos.
LLC and the Lead Director of KP Pharmaceuticals LLC.
He also served as a Director of POZEN, Inc. and Alpha Natural Resources, Inc. Lastly, he was an Independent Director of Old ANR LLC.
Mr. Wood received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky in 1960.
