Tao Bai

Tao Bai is currently serving as an Independent Director at Guosen Securities Co., Ltd. and as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Shanghai Duoning Biotechnology Co., Ltd. She is also a Director at Beijing Intellectual Property Protection Association and an Independent Director at DAS Solar Co., Ltd. Additionally, Ms. Bai is a Member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association, All China Lawyers Association, Chinese Society of International Law, and Vice President of the Beijing Lawyers Association.

Ms. Bai obtained a graduate degree from Cornell Law School in 1988 and a doctorate degree from Peking University Law School in 1985.
