Stathis Kouninis

Stathis Kouninis was Chief Financial Officer of Tasker Products Corp.
since February 2006, Treasurer since March 2006 and Secretary since April 2006.
He served on the Staff of the Division of Corporation Finance of the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission from November 2004 to February 2006.
Mr. Kouninis served as Director of Finance for Bottomline Technologies, Inc. from January 2004 to November 2004 and CMGI, Inc. from May 2000 to January 2003.
He was Chief Financial Officer of PCA, Inc. from January 2003 to December 2003.
Mr. Kouninis received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts and an Accounting Post Baccalaureate and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Bentley College.
