Mr. Slav Lepenin is an Associate at CoBe Capital LLC.
He joined CoBe Capital in 2011 and is responsible for business development and lead generation of M&A opportunities.
He is responsible for accounts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and proactively cultivates these relationships to generate deal flow through regular contact.
Prior to joining CoBe Capital, Mr. Lepenin worked for two years as an M&A analyst with investment bank Rothschild in Frankfurt, Germany.
At Rothschild, he worked on several M&A transactions as a member of the Industrials & Automotive Group.
Mr. Lepenin earned an MBA from the University of Georgia in Athens, GA and graduated from Friedrich-Alexander-University of Erlangen-Nurnberg with a Diplom-Kaufmann Degree.
He is fluent in English and German and is a native speaker of Ukrainian and Russian.
