Severino, CFA MBA, is a Chief Economist & Head of US Research at BentallGreenOak (US) LP.
He brings 25 years of economics, real estate, and investment research and analysis to his role.
Mr. Severino joined BGO from JLL where he served as Chief Economist and managed the economics team.
He also served as senior economist and director of research at Reis in the research and economics department, which was responsible for the firm’s market forecasting, valuation, and portfolio analytics services.
Earlier in his career, he served as the associate director of research at MetLife Real Estate, and before that, the director of investment strategy and market research at Starwood Capital Group.
He holds a master’s degree from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
