Mr. Amen was a Director of Navigant Consulting, Inc. He was Manager of Federal Regulatory Affairs for Puget Sound Energy, Inc., Director of Rates for Washington Natural Gas Co., Regional Director of Operations for Indiana Energy (now Vectren), and Data Processing Manager of Ohio Valley Gas Corp.
Mr. Amen was a Member Pacific Coast Gas Association and Chairman of the Indiana Gas Association.
He has over 28 years of experience in utility management and consulting in the areas of regulatory affairs, resource planning, organizational development, distribution operations and customer service, marketing and sales, and systems administration.
Mr. Amen received a degree from the University of Nebraska.
