Robert Scheussler

Robert W.
Scheussler joined Smith Micro Software, Inc. in May 1995 and has served as its Chief Operating Officer since September 1999 and Chief Financial Officer since June 2001.
Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technical Officer of Smith Micro Software from May 1995 to September 1999 and as Vice President of Operations from May 1995 to April 1997.
Mr. Scheussler has been a Director of Smith Micro Software since February 1996.
From June 1973 to May 1995, he held various positions with Rockwell International Corporation, most recently as Director-Architecture and Technology at its Information Systems Center.
Mr. Scheussler received a BS in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MS in Operations Research from Polytechnic University in New York and completed the Executive Program at Stanford University.
